Nebraska retailer Brian Frahm is used to dealing with waterhemp, Palmer amaranth, cocklebur and grasses in his customers’ cornfields. So, when he was looking for a new way to control resistant weeds last summer, he tried Kyro™ herbicide on GMO and non-GMO cornfields.
Kyro herbicide is a premix solution with three effective modes of action for both postemergence and residual control on the toughest broadleaf and grass weeds. Part of a two-pass program, Kyro herbicide offers farmers flexibility on application timing on up to 24-inch corn and versatility to customize weed control programs to fit their fields.
“My customers were really happy with Kyro herbicide,” Frahm says. “One was a new customer. He was using it on just regular GMO corn and was extremely happy. He had a very basic, simple pre and then came back with Kyro herbicide, and it cleaned up his field really well and lasted throughout the harvesting season.”
