Instinct NXTGEN® is an enhanced formulation of Instinct® nitrogen stabilizer with a lower use rate for easier handling. It’s proven to protect urea, UAN and liquid manure to maximize corn yield potential.
Low Use Rate
Instinct NXTGEN® has a one-third lower use rate than previous formulations. It’s effective at 24 oz/A. The low use rate allows for better compatibility with urea and prevents clumping, stickiness and clogged machinery during applications.
It’s possible to apply stabilized urea and label-approved herbicides at the same time, allowing for one field pass. This saves you and your customers time and money.
Simple Blending
Instinct NXTGEN® is formulated with lower viscosity for better overall blending with urea, UAN and liquid manure. It handles smoothly in cooler temperatures for easier early spring applications.
The product also has better mixing capabilities with tank-mix partners like ATS, boron, approved herbicides and other adjuvants. Blending and applications are simplified overall with Instinct NXTGEN®.
Proven Results
Instinct NXTGEN® nitrogen stabilizer, powered by Optinyte® technology, maximizes yield potential. This technology is proven by more than 1,000 field trials and university research. The product keeps nitrogen in corn’s root zone, protecting it below ground where up to 70% of nitrogen loss happens from leaching and denitrification.
Instinct NXTGEN® and N-Serve® nitrogen stabilizers with Opintyte® technology are also registered by the Environmental Protection Agency as nitrification inhibitors. All products with Optinyte® technology are registered by the EPA. There is only one other product with that registration.
When used with urea, UAN and liquid manure, Instinct NXTGEN® with Opintyte® technology is proven to:*
- Boost yield by 5.2% with spring applications.
- Extend nitrogen availability up to 8 weeks.
- Reduce leaching by 16%.
- Lessen greenhouse gas emissions by 51%.
