Boost Weed Control With Resicore® REV Herbicide

Hiawatha, Kansas, averages just over 32 inches of annual rainfall. Although that ranks low compared with many other U.S. states, most of that rain occurs in the spring, when Lee Mueller’s stand of young corn needs every drop of water and nutrients it can take up through the cover-cropped sandy loam soils across Laus Creek Farm.

The last thing this third-generation farmer wants is for annual grasses and broadleaf weeds to steal water and nutrients from his corn, limiting its yield potential. Farming alongside his father, Mueller says weed control is important and a priority on their farm.

“We’re always looking for improved technologies, whether that be in the seeds we plant, the equipment we run or the crop protection products on which we rely,” Mueller says. “I enjoy being progressive, experimenting and always looking for that new, next good product. That’s why we looked forward to using Resicore REV herbicide.”

Check out this video from Laus Creek Farm, to hear Mueller explain how he and his father strengthened their weed control program with Resicore® REV herbicide. Now they get powerful weed control, plus up to eight weeks of residual protection.
